CAMK2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,994 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCG5-AS1, PDSS2, and CCNK. Each is linked with CAMK2D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2D-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCG5-AS1 grouped by CAMK2D-low versus CAMK2D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
