CAMK2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMK2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,915 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of relaxation of cardiac muscle, Positive regulation of striated muscle cell apoptotic process, and Positive regulation of cardiac muscle cell apoptotic process. Each is linked with CAMK2D in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2D-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of relaxation of cardiac muscle grouped by CAMK2D-low versus CAMK2D-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
