CAMK2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAMK2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCL1P1, RNU6-1194P, and TTTY2. Each is linked with CAMK2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2A-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCL1P1 grouped by CAMK2A-low versus CAMK2A-high in THCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
