CAMK2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAMK2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAMK2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, TBC1D3H, and ITGAD. Each is linked with CAMK2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAMK2A-to-partner and partner-to-CAMK2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by CAMK2A-low versus CAMK2A-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAMK2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAMK2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
