CALR4P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALR4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,563 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALR4P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AIFM1, MCCC2, and ACADM. Each is linked with CALR4P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALR4P-to-partner and partner-to-CALR4P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALR4P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALR4P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
