Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CALR4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CALR4P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CALR4P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CALR4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and CHOL show a favorable association.
THYM, ACC, and KIRC are the cancer types where CALR4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
