Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALML5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALML5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1, LMNTD1, and TAFA1. Each is linked with CALML5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALML5-to-partner and partner-to-CALML5 results are reported.
