Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CALM3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CALM3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CALM3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CALM3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM and LUAD are the cancer types where CALM3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
