CALM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,966 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRN4, TUBA1B, and PPP6R1. Each is linked with CALM3 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM3-to-partner and partner-to-CALM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALM3 versus STRN4 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
