CALM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, MIR548D2, and LINC01851. Each is linked with CALM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM3-to-partner and partner-to-CALM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by CALM3-low versus CALM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
