CALM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,449 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDF2L1, SPCS3, and FLI1_S79. Each is linked with CALM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM2-to-partner and partner-to-CALM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALM2 versus SDF2L1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
