Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,422 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALM1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete negative regulation of mitochondrion organization, Cell redox homeostasis, and Carbohydrate catabolic process. Each is linked with CALM1P2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM1P2-to-partner and partner-to-CALM1P2 results are reported.
