Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CALM1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CALM1P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher CALM1P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CALM1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and UVM show a favorable association.
UCS, MESO, and PAAD are the cancer types where CALM1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
