CALM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,019 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK4P5, TRIM49B, and GYG2P1. Each is linked with CALM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALM1-to-partner and partner-to-CALM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
