Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALHM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,550 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALHM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Plasma membrane organization, and Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Each is linked with CALHM3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALHM3-to-partner and partner-to-CALHM3 results are reported.
