CALCRL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCRL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,952 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCRL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, RASIP1, and SHANK3_S1413. Each is linked with CALCRL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCRL-to-partner and partner-to-CALCRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALCRL versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
