Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCRL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,617 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALCRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDHP59, TAL1, and ZNF385D. Each is linked with CALCRL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCRL-to-partner and partner-to-CALCRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALCRL versus GAPDHP59 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
