Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCRL protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,194 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALCRL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PECAM1, RASIP1, and EIF3F_S258. Each is linked with CALCRL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCRL-to-partner and partner-to-CALCRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALCRL versus PECAM1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
