CALCRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CALCRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1F, TBX22, and GLB1L3. Each is linked with CALCRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCRL-to-partner and partner-to-CALCRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1F grouped by CALCRL-low versus CALCRL-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
