CALCP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,967 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02855, MIR4262, and RNU7-74P. Each is linked with CALCP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCP-to-partner and partner-to-CALCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALCP versus LINC02855 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
