Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALCB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 279 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CALCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA10, LRRC14B, and VTRNA3-1P. Each is linked with CALCB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALCB-to-partner and partner-to-CALCB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CALCB versus SERPINA10 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.
