CALB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CALB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,016 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CALB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-53P, RNU4-41P, and RNU6-770P. Each is linked with CALB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CALB1-to-partner and partner-to-CALB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-53P grouped by CALB1-low versus CALB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CALB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CALB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
