CADPS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADPS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF148, RNF133, and FMO5. Each is linked with CADPS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CADPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CADPS2 versus RNF148 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
