CADPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,433 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CADPS_S91, MAP1A_S2022, and VWA5A. Each is linked with CADPS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADPS-to-partner and partner-to-CADPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CADPS versus CADPS_S91 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
