CADPS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CADPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 504 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN12, TEX48, and TGM6. Each is linked with CADPS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADPS-to-partner and partner-to-CADPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN12 grouped by CADPS-low versus CADPS-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
