CADM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,071 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK3, CD99L2, and FAM149A. Each is linked with CADM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM2-to-partner and partner-to-CADM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CADM2 versus GRK3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CADM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CADM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
