Across TCGA patient cohorts, CADM2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,820 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CADM2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Nucleotide-excision repair, and RNA methylation. Each is linked with CADM2-AS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CADM2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CADM2-AS1 results are reported.
