CAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,753 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPA1, FBXO5, and MAPK1. Each is linked with CAD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAD-to-partner and partner-to-CAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPA1 grouped by CAD-low versus CAD-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
