CACYBPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACYBPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,592 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACYBPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALM2P2, MALAT1, and LINC01355. Each is linked with CACYBPP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACYBPP1-to-partner and partner-to-CACYBPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACYBPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACYBPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
