Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACYBPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,361 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACYBPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDS2, ARID1B, and NCOA5. Each is linked with CACYBPP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACYBPP1-to-partner and partner-to-CACYBPP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACYBPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACYBPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
