CACTIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACTIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,126 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACTIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHSRP, WIZ, and LMNB2. Each is linked with CACTIN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACTIN-to-partner and partner-to-CACTIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACTIN versus KHSRP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACTIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACTIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
