CACTIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACTIN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACTIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, PCNA, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with CACTIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACTIN-to-partner and partner-to-CACTIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by CACTIN-low versus CACTIN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACTIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACTIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
