Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACTIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,899 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACTIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with CACTIN in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACTIN-to-partner and partner-to-CACTIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation grouped by CACTIN-low versus CACTIN-high in BONE.
