CACNG7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,676 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMG1, TTC19, and CYTH1P1. Each is linked with CACNG7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG7-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMG1 grouped by CACNG7-low versus CACNG7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
