Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,696 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGMAT, NCAPD3, and NAV1. Each is linked with CACNG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG5-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG5 results are reported.
