The most reproducible CACNG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02099, TRAJ46, and PIEZO1P1. Each is linked with CACNG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG5-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG5 results are reported.
