Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02099 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02099 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02099 is differentially expressed in 12, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC02099 RNA expression shows 10,361 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight HNSC, KIRC, and ESCA as cancer lineages where LINC02099 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
