CACNG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and PKC-delta_pS664. Each is linked with CACNG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG2-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CACNG2-low versus CACNG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
