The most reproducible CACNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C22orf31, SLC8A3, and EEF1A2. Each is linked with CACNG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG1 results are reported.
