CACNG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,516 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP3-EIF4A1, PFAS, and RMI1. Each is linked with CACNG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNG1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SENP3-EIF4A1 grouped by CACNG1-low versus CACNG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
