Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAS1L, PITPNC1, and SKA1. Each is linked with CACNB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNB4-to-partner and partner-to-CACNB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAS1L grouped by CACNB4-low versus CACNB4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
