CACNB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNB3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, ERK2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with CACNB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNB3-to-partner and partner-to-CACNB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CACNB3-low versus CACNB3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
