CACNB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,746 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACC1, PPIAP21, and RN7SL338P. Each is linked with CACNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CACNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNB2 versus TACC1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
