CACNB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,354 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PMM2, MAP1B_S1016, and PIP4K2B. Each is linked with CACNB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNB1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNB1 versus PMM2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
