CACNA2D4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA2D4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,014 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA2D4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCKAP1L, STAB1, and CD14. Each is linked with CACNA2D4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA2D4-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA2D4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA2D4 versus NCKAP1L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA2D4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA2D4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
