The most reproducible CACNA2D4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, Negative regulation of endopeptidase activity, and Regulation of actin filament polymerization. Each is linked with CACNA2D4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA2D4-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA2D4 results are reported.
