Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA2D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA2D1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC80, DAB2, and PRKG1. Each is linked with CACNA2D1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA2D1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA2D1 results are reported.
