CACNA2D1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA2D1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,821 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA2D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRAG1, ENOX1, and BACH2. Each is linked with CACNA2D1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA2D1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA2D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA2D1 versus IRAG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA2D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA2D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
