CACNA2D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA2D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,208 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA2D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPUSD2, PSMD9, and PBK. Each is linked with CACNA2D1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA2D1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA2D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPUSD2 grouped by CACNA2D1-low versus CACNA2D1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA2D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA2D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
