Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNA2D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,999 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA2D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Translational initiation, Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication, and Positive regulation of cell cycle. Each is linked with CACNA2D1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA2D1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA2D1 results are reported.
